The most common question we get is, "What do you have to cure eczema?" To be honest, there is no cure for eczema. If anyone says there is, they are lying. There are things that can be done to help ease the side effects of eczema. But there is nothing that will completely make it go away.
I know I sound like a broken record sometimes, but knowing what triggers your eczema is key. There are so many things you could have a slight allergy to that can be triggering your eczema. Once you figure our your triggers, avoid them as much as possible. If your trigger is something unavoidable, like the environment (trees, grass, pollen, dust, etc.), try to take a shower as soon as you come in the house.
Drink lots of water. If you are a person that doesn't like water, try adding a few drops of flavor drops (its located in the water isle at the grocery store) or add some fruit. You must stay hydrated from the inside out.
It is super important to keep your skin moisturized. Our All Over Butter and Ultimate Hydration are great choices. All Over Butter is a blend of moisturizing butters and oils and Ultimate Hydration is a nut free moisturizer made with mango butter.
