Order Processing / Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Our normal processing time is 3 business days. Please allow 7 business days during sales and our busy season (November - January). Orders received after 2pm est will be counted as the next business day.  Orders places after 2pm on Friday - Sunday will be considered as ordered on Monday.


SHIPPING POLICY

 

We use live postal or ups rates for shipping.  You are allowed to choose your own carrier. $75 or more = Free Shipping (unless otherwise stated)

 

Once your order is ready for processing an email will be sent out with tracking information.

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches without tons of artificial preservatives, we cannot offer any refunds. All Sales Are Final. If incorrect order is received please email us with a photo attached and we will send out correct item(s) immediately.

If your order is returned due to insufficient/incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.  A refund will not be offered. 

If you provide the insufficient/incorrect address, and the order is marked delivered, you will have to place another order.  A refund will not be offered.

90 DAY RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund minus shipping cost.  You are responsible to return the product back to us at your own expense.  Please email info@chathamnaturalskincare.com to initiate the return.  

LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.

If your packaged arrived and product is damaged please immediately send an email to info@chathamnaturalskincare.com.  The email must be sent within 4 days of the order being marked delivered by the postal courier.  Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged item. We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.

PRODUCT CONSISTENCY/COLOR CHANGES:

We use natural butters, oils, and herbs. This could cause a slight difference in the color or feel of the products depending on the part of the plants used for extraction. We do not alter this process because it takes away from the performance and quality of the overall product.

ALL OVER BUTTER ARRIVED MELTED:

Our All Over Butter is formulated without wax, which means it can melt when temperatures exceed 76°F. During the summer months, we include ice packs with your order to minimize the chance of melting.

If your All Over Butter does melt, don't worry! Simply place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, and it will solidify without losing any of its nourishing properties.
