Order Processing / Shipping Policy
Our normal processing time is 3 business days. Please allow 7 business days during sales and the holiday season. Orders received after 2pm est will be counted as the next business day.
Free Shipping on All Orders of $60 or more. $6.95 USPS Priority Rate Shipping for all other orders.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), which will include Insurance up to $50 in value. Once order is ready for processing an email will be sent out with tracking information.
We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches without tons of artificial preservatives, we cannot offer any refunds. All Sales Are Final. If incorrect order is received please email us with a photo attached and we will send out correct item(s) immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.
If your packaged arrived and product is damaged please send us an email immediately with photo included to email@example.com. We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
