Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order

  • Opening order: $200
  • Reorder minimum: $100

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to change with notice.
  • Payment is due prior to shipment unless other terms are approved in writing.
  • Accepted forms of payment: credit card or ACH transfer.
  • Net 30 terms may be extended to established accounts upon approval.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping is FOB Durham, NC. Ownership of the goods transfers from the seller to the buyer as soon as the order leaves Chatham Natural Skin Care’s location.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
  • Any back-ordered items will be noted and shipped once available.

Returns & Damages

  • We do not accept returns of unsold products.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will replace or issue credit for approved claims.

Product Use & Branding

  • Products must be sold in their original Chatham Natural Skin Care packaging.
  • Re-labeling, repackaging, or altering products in any way is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
  • If you are interested in private labeling or custom branding, please contact us directly to discuss available programs.
  • Resale of Chatham Natural Skin Care products on any third-party marketplace (including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms) is strictly prohibited.
  • Authorized retailers may sell through their company-owned websites only, unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges

Lead Times & Holidays

  • Please allow additional lead time during holidays or peak seasons.
  • We will communicate promptly if delays occur.

Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or close wholesale accounts that do not follow our terms and policies.
