At Chatham Natural Skin Care, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner. Due to this, we have a limited cancellation window for orders.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled as long as the order has not been processed. After this time, your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
  • To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please email us at info@chathamnaturalskincare.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Subscription Cancellations

  • If you are subscribed to any of our recurring product deliveries, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • Subscription cancellations must be made through your account or by contacting us at info@chathamnaturalskincare.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
